Brij Super Premium OPC

Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC) is a cement having basic component clinker and gypsum finely grinded in a ball mill in a fixed ratio. These are high compressive strength gaining cement in a very short time. It is more exothermic than PPC hence it requires maximum curing, at least thrice a day for nearly 10 days. This cement is most suitable for High Rise Buildings, Concrete Desk Slabs, Airport Runways, Concrete Bridges, and Water Retaining Structures and also can be used in the RCC of residential buildings. It has a high compressive strength capacity that quickly complies with the reinforcement bars with in a concrete to gain maximum durability.

Brij Super Premium OPC cement is produced from high quality clinker made from enriched limestone. It is finely ground and because of this more strength is developed at early stages. Concrete made with this cement stiffens and initially hardens at a similar rate. The most versatile cement product used for a wide range of applications, including general civil engineering and construction works, smaller works and plastering mortar and has emerged as the top choice of Engineers and Engineering Companies engaged in construction of mega projects in Nepal-such as National Highways, Bridges, Transmission lines, Power Plants, Industrial and Residential structures. Brij Super Premium OPC cement is a high performance cement with very durability that translates into long lasting residential and commercial constructions of a wide variety.

Brij Cement PPC

Brij Cement PPC is a market leader among all blended/composite cements in the markets Nepal. Its unique design and blend, with high strength clinker and superior quality flyash has made it the popular cement for construction of large number of strong and durable structures. Fine particles of Brij Cement PPC when mixed with water readily form a smooth paste, which results in a smooth surface. When used with sand and aggregates it yields a very strong & durable concrete. Brij Cement PPC helps to produce more cohesive concrete and mortar which is also less prone to segregation and bleeding. Due to this quality, Brij Cement PPC is suitable for any type of structural application. Use of superior quality flyash in Brij Cement PPC not only reduces the incidence of lime leaching from concrete and mortar but also results in refined pore structure, reduced permeability and long term strength gain. These attributes make the construction strong, compact, impermeable and resistant to chemical attacks.

Brij Cement PPC is being used for a number of applications like housing, commercial complexes, roads, wells, canals, dams etc. which establishes Brij Cement PPC as the preferred choice of the discerning customer.

Brij Super Power PSC

Portland Slag Cement (PSC) is manufactured by either inter-grinding in the Portland cement clinker, Gypsum & Granulated Slag or blending the Ground Granulated Blast Furnace Slag (GGBS) with Ordinary Portland Cement by means of mechanical blenders.

It is created with a combination of 45- 50% slag, 45% – 50% clinker, and 3-5% gypsum. PSC has been voted as the most suitable cement for concrete pavements, mass concrete applications, high performance or high strength concrete, structures and foundations, pre-cast concrete such as pipe & block, concrete exposed to sea water and marine application.

Slag is, essentially, a non-metallic product comprising of more than 90% glass with silicates and alumino-silicates of lime.
